Customers and Duties

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

RETURNS

At Game Bird Designs we want to ensure you order and receive exactly as described, therefore we offer a range of options to help you if needed.

 

Our period for refund/exchange is to notify us within 7 (seven) days of order date and return product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days of order date unless otherwise agreed. The cost of return is settled by the customer and a signed for service must be used in order for us to accept your return.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept any refund requests for 'change of mind' instances, i.e. if you decide you no longer want the product, and the product is as described and is not faulty. We cannot accept any refund requests for personalised products or items wrongly purchased with user error.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please get in contact via email within 7 (seven) days of your order date and this can be discussed with the team.

WRONG ITEM

In the very unlikely event, the item you receive is not the item you originally ordered, please contact customer services as soon as possible and within 7 (seven) days of receipt, we will then advice on how to proceed with the return. Postage costs will be covered if it is our error.

Please note that for any returns or exchanges, the original tags and original packaging must be sent back with the item(s) and in the same condition you received it in for us to be able to process any refunds or exchanges.

We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow 14 (fourteen) working days for any refunds to appear back onto your original payment method. Further time may be dependent on your bank or payment methods process time. Please also note only the value of the item(s) will be refunded not to include the original postage cost.
